 Advantages For Taxi Dispatch Steps:

1.    Passengers call hotline,

2.    Center operators get phone call,  and get the location. Operator put passengers address in software and software show locations on map.and find the nearest taxis that are available, and dispatch the request information to these available taxis in passengers area.

3.    Taxi drivers receive the data through the MDT system, and report back to call center if he is available, ( call center will receive the first incoming feedback from available taxi driver as the job taker.

4.    Call center operator will then send detailed passengers information to the assigned taxi. Like passengers phone, name etc.

5.    Assigned driver will go to pick up the passenger and send a confirmation to call center to finish this assigned job.
